The emotional health, the management of emotional states, the preservation of mental health of children and adolescents, but also of all the educational actors involved in the educational process that takes place online, become today important concerns of the educational policies promoted globally. Societal challenges, uncertainty of social, economic and ideological conditions, difficult life situations and crisis, but also other current problems invoke psychological stress, anxiety, fear, confusion, affecting the emotional health of children and adolescents. The article reveals the importance of managing emotional states in the context of societal challenges and current difficult situations. Affectivity management, emotional well-being and mental health become relevant content benchmarks addressed in this article. The paper ends with useful psychological recommendations for teachers, specialists in the field of psychology, parents and other people interested in this topic. |
