This article for publication studies the ways through which the reproduction of fixed assets takes place, investments types in production fixed assets of the items with production destination, it considers the forms of proprietorship in the Republic of Moldova. Special attention is paid to the evolution of social sphere development of agricultural enterprises, that emphasize putting in operation of the items of social - cultural destination for rural areas. Here are examined general high schools, houses for living and clubs. The article states that there exists great budget means deficit that impose substantiation and realization of certain priorities in the structural policy of investments. The article studies major problems of the industrial sphere of agro - industrial complex concerning food production.
