Violenţa şcolară este o realitate dură a sistemelor şcolare de pretutindeni, care îngrijorează prin frecvenţă, forme de manifestare şi consecinţe. Prezenta lucrare a încercat să surprindă complexitatea fenomenului dat şi să identifice problemele existente ale comportamentului violent tot mai des întâlnit în rândul elevilor. Violenţa umană, indiferent în ce context se manifestă, este un element specific naturii umane, dar acest lucru nu înseamnă că nu trebuie să i se dea un răspuns ferm, prin acordarea unui rol primordial prevenirii şi combaterii acestui fenomen social. Prevenirea, oricare ar fi ea, sub orice formă apare ea, este primul lucru la care trebuie să gândească cel care face educaţia. Trebuie să conştientizăm nocivitatea acestui fenomen, să conştientizăm că funcţionarea optimă a psihicului şi dezvoltarea personală a copilului într-un mediu violent devine imposibilă. De aceea, este necesar să se iniţieze şi să se organizeze cu regularitate o gamă largă de activităţi şi acţiuni care să estompeze comportamentul violent al elevilor. Prin această cercetare am demonstrat că acest mecanism funcţionează şi eforturile de diminuare a violenţei se soldează cu rezultate frumoase.

School violence is a tough reality of school systems everywhere, which worries by frequency, forms of manifestation and consequences. This paper attempts to capture the complexity of the given phenomenon and to identify the existing problems of violent behavior that are more and more common among pupils. Human violence, no matter what context it is, is a specific element of human nature, but this does not mean that it should not be given a firm answer by giving it a primordial role to prevent and combat this social phenomenon. Prevention, whatever it is, in any form it appears, is the first thing the educator has to think about. We need to be aware of the harmfulness of this phenomenon, to realize that the optimal functioning of the psyche and the personal development of the child in a violent environment becomes impossible. Therefore, it is necessary to initiate and regularly organize a wide range of activities and actions to blur the violent behavior of students. Through this research, we have demonstrated that this mechanism works and efforts to reduce violence end up with beautiful results.
