The technological progress, globalization and the way of getting information have transformed the security services in an intelligence laboratory. The problem we are discussing upon is that, the information providers should ensure not only information, but also judgments and hypothesis on the sense of the data and their possible effects on the political direction in the context in which the democratic societies dinamism is affected by the overinforming through the internet.
