Justice as a guarantee of protection of rights and fundamental freedoms in a state of law is an ideal state of society characterized by integrity subjective rights of all its members, or a dream of total freedom and rational equal of some free persons limited in their activities only through rights and obligations, but also by jurisdiction, the state public service, which consists in the ability to deliver the right when settling the case through legal institutions authorized by law in order to perform the functions of (authority) court. |
