The article examines how to build and operate one of the central authorities in Moldova – the Parliament. It is noted that in accordance with the Constitution, the Parliament is the supreme representative body of the people of Moldova and the sole legislative authority of the state. The Parliament is elected by universal, equal, direct, secret and freely expressed. The Constitution set (in art.64) regulating the structure, organization and operations hall be regulated by the Parliament. According to the Regulation, the Parliament structure includes: the Speaker, the Vice-Presidents, the Permanent Bureau, fractions and committees. |
