Moving major European tectonic plates of geopolitics, expressed succinctly by the reunification of Germany, dissolution of the USSR and fragmentation of space between them, highlight a broad redistribution of power on the continent, inevitably accompanied by the delimitation of spheres of influence between the power centers of the future. XXI century is marked by two processes on the European continent. These processes directly affect European security system. Namely, NATO expansion by launching Alliance’s Strategic Concept and the enlargement of promoting Foreign Policy and Security Policy (CFSP).
