Analysis of different types of activities oriented to Increase the level of road safety denotes the presence of multiple deviations from the requirements of the standards established their achievement. The absence of any previous studies to assess the level of road safety, the lack of historical records for several years on the circumstances that influenced the traffic security, imperfection of national legislation, detailed statistics on the causes and consequences of accidents recorded and material and functional dispersion of authorities entrusted with responsibilities in monitoring and ensuring road safety are significant difficulties in calibrating the safety functions. |
