Rezumat

School is preparing schoolboys for a reality that we don’t know how it looks but which can appear later. As educators we are called to educate the younger generation promoting trust and respect for the personality of each schoolboy. We do all know that our World is a World of innovation and speed and all that is concerned with human values occurs in the field and the school should prepare the schoolboy for the multifunctional situations, values, so to focus not only on content but also on skills and attitudes for values reporting. So in this context, we must motivate students to become partners of the teacher in their own training and encourage them in the practice of active behavior, responsible, tolerant and respect for self and others people, free and open to other cultures. We must learner them a civic behavior based on knowledge of the rules of the social life. Children need to acquire and human existence: truth, goodness, generosity, wisdom, temperance, courage, justice, altruism, diligence, self-mastery, selfsacrificing spirit, mutual aid, honesty, punctuality, social justice, a requirement cooperation and competition, respect for truth and impartiality, creativity and innovation – values and principles in our cultural heritage, as J.J Rousseau said: „Graduating the school they will not be magistrates, nor soldiers, nor priests they will be at least HUMANS”.
