Protection of consumer rights is an important aspect and a basic component of social protection. Ensuring the rights of citizens to have access to products that do not present a hazard and risk to their health and safety, is a right guaranteed by the Constitution. In our society the protection of consumer rights is a state problem that can be solved by requiring compliance with a set of laws that are constitutional framework of consumer protection. |
