The problem of research: Romania should align with the European norms in the field of training the adults according to the occupational standards and the performance indicators. The topic of research: analyzing the needs of continuous training of the employees in the socio-behavioral field and the opportunities for continuous training. Vocationnal training ensures the quality of the services provided, the motivation of the specialist for personal development and the avoidance of burnout. The vocational training must propose to the consumer of the educational and training service a system that covers the training needs, to be attractive and operative through its offer, the flexibility and the individual approach. Only in these conditions, the vocational training system will be competitive, it would offer quality services that can respond operatively to the contemporary demands of vocational development and training.
