Rezumat

The educators of the 21st century have a great task ahead. In today’s world, the educators are expected to have a great deal of professional and personal qualities, and extraordinary skills. This report is aimed to present a model of socio-psychological factors in the formation of professional value orientations of pedagogical departments’ students. Professional valuable orientations were defined here as the expression degree of terminal values in the area of professional activity. Ther are also presented several conditions of formation in the profession as - factors of value orientations development that include: students' interest and motivation; qualifications and professionalism of teachers; features of the educational process. The opportunities for creative growth of future specialists are social; organizational, professional, pedagogical and psychological (personal) factors, represented by self-relation in the form of: self-esteem; autosympathy; expected relationship from others; self-interest. Last but not least, a thorough attention is paid to the data assessment by an individual professional activity for the development of other life aspects.
