Rezumat

This article will focus on the modern methodological approach to personality typing, which is called eniostyle. A systematic approach to personality typing is based on classical typologies: psycho-geometry, Susan Delinger; Jung’s typology (based on the dominance of one of the mental processes); Eric Berne's classification of ego states; typologies of body defenses by Alexander Lowen, classification of the communication style and psychic defenses of Virginia Satir, the predominance of the modality of perception of the world and the dominance of energy centers. This approach deviates from universal approach in the interaction between people and allows us to identify personalized recommendations in understanding and accepting the nature of almost every person. The authors of the approach, spouses Panchenko, established objective criteria for determining the psychological type on the basis of classical typologies. The new concept of A.L. Panchenko and T.G. Panchenko was called the “style of energy-information communication” or “eniostyle”. There are four basic styles of human interaction with himself/herself and the external environment. Every person has all four styles, but in different degrees of severity. The degree of expressiveness of styles is determined by the individual way of energy-informational exchange of a person with the world around him. Styles are named after the cardinal points – Western, Northern, Eastern, Southern for ease of perception, but are in no way associated with the place of residence. The predominance of one of the styles in a person determines the way of his thinking, perception, feeling and behavior. Below are presented the extreme forms of manifestation of eniostile: The northern style is focused on the material world, the main mission is to maintain and streamline. It needs to establish causal relationships, logics, the desire to streamline everything, systematize, structure. Evaluation criterion: logical and illogical, the way of thinking is to establish cause and effect in everything. Southern style is focused on the emotional, sensual perception of the world. Such person is able to enjoy life in all manifestations, bodily. He/she is capable of perceiving a wide range of emotional states of own and other people. He/she is well-versed in human relations, knows how to make contacts. Evaluation criteria: pleasantly unpleasant, the way of thinking is the sensually-emotional perception of the world. Western style is focused on the capture and development of the surrounding space, gaining influence. Such person has the ability to see the essence and discard the secondary. High volitional qualities, a very high response rate, the ability to radically change the existing order of things. Evaluation criteria: I believe, I do not believe, the way of thinking - what is the main thing? who is the chef? Oriental Eniostyle is focused on time, past and future, the main mission is the creation. Such person is characterized by high ability to generate completely new ideas, innovative approach to solve everyday problems, progressive thinking. Evaluation criterion: "interesting - uninteresting." Way of thinking: "where did it come from and where will it go?"
