Globalization is making societies to develop faster and faster. To obtain success in business people need to acquire more and more specific abilities necessary to integrate successfully in international business. One of them is intercultural communication. It helps to understand and to be understood by business people from all around the world that we are going to do business with. It is a field of communication with many specific rules, dos and don’ts. Wherever we are going to work, negotiate, and conclude contracts, we have to take into consideration their culture, religion, customs and traditions, specific characteristics of the country. |
