In 2008, October 24, the Contravention Law of Republic of Moldova was adopted, which was promulgated on the 29th of December, 2008, published on the 16th of January 2009 and it will be in force starting with the 31st of May 2009. The new Contravention Law has many priorities towards the previous one but there is some vagueness, as well. They refer, in particular, to the juridical device of the application of legal proposition. In this article there we carry out a juridical analysis on the new law according to which a number of improving recommendations are suggested. |
