| Rezumat | ||||||
The need to provide public services in an administrative-territorial unit contributes to the elimination of some shortcomings in certain areas of the life of the respective community. It is necessary to change the mentality of providing and ensuring the provision of public services regarding the importance of satisfying public interest. The setup and development of the public service system cannot be fathomed without state regulation and public authorities funding to achieve the purpose for which they were created, as well as their expansion to civil society partners. The diversity and complexity of the needs in a community determines the emergence and development of public services as well as the decrease or elimination of the disturbing factors that have triggered the emergence of social needs and the attainment of a public interest in meeting the needs of disabled people. |
