Rezumat

Talent management, globally, has long been considered the key to a successful business, being implemented not only at the level of organizations but also promoted and sustained through state-owned policies and strategies. In the Republic of Moldova, the new type of human resources management - Talent Management – develops slowly and partially, but in the context of globalization and internationalization, as well as for raising the level of competitiveness, the elaboration and development of talent management policies at national level is a necessity. The purpose of the research is to analyze and evaluate current and prospective talent management policies, as well as to submit proposals for their further development by the state.
