Rezumat

Project activities in the field of culture can be seen as one way of existence of cultural events, the condition of linking to a single chain of meaning of signs, rituals and behavior patterns. The concept of "project" related to the different layers of the functioning of culture: procedural, subject-effective, valuenormative. Any cultural system of relationships, knowledge, experience and tradition, developed over time and space, can be described in terms of social engineering, because the project itself is a fundamental characteristic of the cultural and social inheritance mechanism. The use of design technology in the field of culture can not only improve the efficiency of the various organizations and institutions, but in general promotes socially significant cultural values and ideas in society.
