The article explores the main challenges of the strategic management of human resources in the context of European integration. The main demographic indicators was analysed out, the problems of human capital of the citizens of the Republic of Moldova were identified. At the end of the article, conclusions are presented on the current situation both at the macro level and at the meso and micro levels of the country's activities. |
