У статті досліджено правові засади здійснення ґендерно-правової експертизи в Україні. Проаналізовано наукові підходи до визначення мети проведення ґендерно-правової експертизи зі співставленням законодавчо визначеної мети останньої. Висвітлено теоретико-правові проблеми удосконалення правового забезпечення проведення ґендерно-правової експертизи. Акцентовано увагу на тому, що в законодавчих актах, які регулюють вказане питання, є певна неузгодженість. The article examines the legal basis for the implementation of gender legal expertise in Ukraine. Аnalyzed the scientific approaches to the definition of the purpose of conducting a gender legal examination with the comparison of the legally defined purpose of the latter. The theoretical and legal problems of improving the legal support for carrying out gender legal expertise are covered. Attention is drawn to the fact that there are certain inconsistencies in the legislative acts regulating this issue.
