Represents practical interest different surface treatment of the sample in one-cyclic process. Cementation of a superficial layer of the sample at anode electrolytic heating allows a number of applications of a magnetic field for the solution of such problem. The differentiation of the superficial treatment and directed of the diffusion process at anode electrolytic cementations is connected with quantity and a direction of a vector of a magnetic induction. For revealing the specified feature of processing of the superficial layer flat and cylindrical samples (Ø = 8 mm) from steel 3 were used. Depth of immersing of the sample in an electrolyte (10/10 ) for cementation was 5 mm. Duration of anodic electrolytic cementation – 3 minutes. Then the sample was taken out from an electrolyte and cooled in air. For detection of distinctions of the superficial processing in magnetic field, cylindrical samples have been sawn (ΔТ ≤ 30° С) on mutually perpendicular sections: 1. A – A → В ║ I and C – C → В ┴ I; 2. A – A В ┴ I and C - C → В ║ I. In dynamics of a narrow plasma zone (0,1mm) in case of cementation of a superficial layer of the sample in a magnetic field on opposite sites, where B ┴ I, there are additional distinctive features. They are connected with directions of a vector of a magnetic induction, movement of ions and ascending enveloping streams of electrolytic plasma. It brings the additional contribution in superficial diffusion process, and, hence, in a feature of her modification. Features of forward-rotary movements and oscillations of the directed ions of plasma in a magnetic field influence on diffusional processes in a superficial layer of sample and, accordingly, on physico-mechanical characteristics of its surface (fig.). Thus, the direction of a magnetic field in relation to a direction of a motion of ions renders essential influence on process of their tunneling on border of section of phases: plasma — a surface of the anode. In some cases processing of samples at B = 0,12 T the divergence between microhardness H50 B ║ I and H50 B ┴ I reached tenfold quantity. |
