The article upholds school's modernization and reflects defining aspects of the school's organization based on the self-government. It specifies the role of managerial's team in the beginning of the self-government's process at the level of a school unit through application of some indicators of work in a team, to refer to the aspect of coordination and consultation. The results come to determine the level of connection of managerial's teams to change, to provide new opportunities of school's modernization, based on the autonomy, what will direct the educational process for production of results.
