Rezumat

The possibility of health status changing of Gisela 6 explants through contact between roots during in vitro cultivation was evaluated. Explants derived from healthy and infected by cherry leaf roll virus fi eld plants were cultivated in total vessel for micro shoots proliferation and for rooting on MS medium with addition of 0,5 mg/l BAP and 0,5 mg/l IBA respectively. It was shown that on the rooting step near 40% of explants, which were derived from healthy lines, during one single passage cultivation in the same vessel with virus infected ones can not be evaluated as healthy plants according to general evaluation criteria. The optimization principles for in vitro managing the rooting phase of rootstock Gisela 6 explants to avoid reinfection with CLRV has been proposed.
