The results of comparative anatomical myological investigation, which were carried out on the knee joint of pelvic limb of some members of the order Gruiformes, are given in this article. The points of muscles fixation, the presence or absence of pinnation, the degree of differentiation and the degree of development of separate muscles and muscle groups were established with the help of macroscopic dissection. |
