Lifelong learning (LLL) is a multidimensional phenomenon with a huge impact on the development of human society. It comes to empower adult education. At the same time, LLL components have certain functions in the general adult education system. Thus, continuing vocational education and training comes to exercise the function of adapting to socio-economic changes taking place in contemporary societies. Thus, governance that has the objective of economic growth must make full use of the power of such an instrument as LLL. |
