Purpose of the research consists in theoretical and methodological conceptualization of Leadership as a process of institutional and professional development and to define the extent of the leadership and its impact on performance of organizations. The conceptualization of organizational leadership, derived from actual requirements at both national and international, related to the benefit public functionary and elaboration of recommendations that offer a direction for expansion of maximum professionalism and exploitation potential of personal and professional public servant leadership at different levels. |
