This research deals with the action of external high temperature (+370C) during 2, 4 and 5 days upon some haematological indexes (erythrocytes, leucocytes, and the sedimentary speed of erythrocytes, and the quantity of haemoglobin), high temperature. As a result of the research we came to the conclusion that the temperature of the environment during 2 days doesn’t bring to essential modifi cations in the sanguine indexes of the laboratory rats. Marked modifi cations of the examined parameters were established at the action of the temperature during 5 days, manifested in diminishing of: red erythrocytes and the quantity of haemoglobin and also the increasing of the white leucocytes, and the sedimentary speed of erythrocytes. |
