Entrenchment of the territorial autonomy in all forms is an essential part of its successful function of institutions within the state. It provides the means for dialog and cooperation between the regional and national authorities. In case of Gagauzia exists a problem of dialog with the central government on questions of implementation of autonomous status that serves as a source for conflicts. The dialog between the state and the autonomy needs the establishment of permanent joint bodies this the right of decision-making. The implications of these results is that joint commissions between central state and Gagauzia could facilitate effective cooperation and resolve the problems of implementation of the autonomy status.
