Rezumat

The paper presents a specific implementation in PSpice, in order to easy evaluate the numerical values of the induction machine main quantities. The study starts from the induction machine orthogonal (twophase) model and use a synchronously rotating reference frame with the supply voltage spatial phasor as d-axis. So that the stator supply voltage resulted to be a d.c. voltage and all the specific quantities resulted to be d.c. too. In that case, the voltage and fluxe equations are simplified, four unknown currents (two for the stator and two for the rotor) being obtained as solutions of a four equations system. Based on the equivalent circuit, which does not contain inductors this time, the numerical values of the currents can be readily obtained by a d.c. PSpice analysis and hence, the representative quantities in the induction machine.
