Teza

Social Economy is back in the spotlight and is an effective method of social inclusion. This paper aims to address social economy approach of Western European countries that already have experience in the field, presented in this paper are three examples of good practice in northern Italy. The fact that Social Economy exists and it grows is a truth that cannot be ignored. Social Economy is to be considered as a current and highly interesting topic for researchers. What supports Social Economy: Social Economy means that its purpose is not merely to obtain profit, as the primary goal, but improving living conditions and creating opportunities for various groups or marginalized people. The ultimate goal is to first meet the social needs and then the economic ones, but the fact that social is before the economics does not mean that effective leadership is not required, there must be a good plan in place to increase the chances of success in that company. Often it takes a very good plan in place, at the same time to be flexible and adaptable to the market because it is difficult to balance production cost, selling price with the demand on the market, the market where there is fierce competition between various companies that already aim to provide the consumer with the asking price just to increase market share. This paper is intended as a support, by providing best practice models to start and develop "social business", firms or companies to achieve social inclusion of people with disabilities, allowing them to feel useful and ultimately integrated into the society they belong to.
