Стаття висвітлює особливості застосування «м’якого права» (soft law) у формуванні засад регулювання двостороннього стратегічного співробітництва. Проаналізовано сучасні концепції застосування «м’якого права» в системі міжнародного права та систематизовано погляди науковців щодо цього феномена у вітчизняній і зарубіжній наукових школах у контексті формування нормативно-правової бази двосторонніх відносин між країнами. The article highlights peculiarities of the soft law functioning in regulation principles formation of bilateral strategic cooperation. Modern concepts of soft law application in the frame of international law have been analyzed and the views of domestic and foreign scientists upon this phenomenon in the context of the legal framework of bilateral relations between the countries are summed up.
