Through the transformation of public services of general interest in electronic services, the free access of all citizens to the necessary infrastructure of the functioning of these services is ensured and embodies instruments, applications or solutions implemented by the central and local public administration, identifying a various category of services, which include the following elements: the properties of the service, the cost of the service, payment methods of the service by the users, the participants of the service (individual or trader), the authorization/security/visibility of the service, the content of the service and the extensibility of the service. |
