The research presents the international diplomacy aspects in different conflict resolutions. The main argument for the Republic of Moldova to study such experiences is continuing Transdniestrian Conflict Resolutions, which has not achieved fruitful strategic results yet. Nowadays, the key consideration from international analysis is that a multilateral diplomacy has been taking leading positions versus a bilateral diplomacy in international conflict resolutions. Meanwhile, multilateralism has been continuing to be dependent on big powers decisions. Importantly, a multilateral diplomacy is successful when it is supported by a preventive diplomacy with early warning tools and wellprepared diplomats in charge of conflict analysis and resolutions. |
