In the digital and informational era, the virtual groups are becoming more „vocal”, generally in online and especially on social networks. These groups were not identified as elements or components of the social structure, they are exponents of state institutions, political parties and notorious public on the superior steps of social stratification, with an important role in the development and consolidation of democracy. The purpose of these groups is to post offensive and inflammatory comments in order to challenge the reader, irritating and confusing in virtual space. This types of activities although it is dangerous, of destructive type, but, it is not considered offense in the EU countries.
