Tongue - The Indicator in General Somatic Pathology of the Body’s System In this study, 89 patients aged 18-55 years were examined. Patients were divided into two groups: the first with system diseases of a connective tissue – 60 patients (including 30 with lupus erythematosis and 30 with systemic sclerosis) and the second with hepatitis С – 29 patients. The diagnosis of general somatic diseases was established by rheumatologists, hepatologists and was confirmed by clinicolaboratory researches in all examined patients. Clinical research of the tongue was performed visually, with the help of magnifiers and by palpation the muscular tissue of the tongue. Results allow us to say that in 100% of cases, tongue is involved in the general pathological process of the body, shown in the form of symptomatic glossitises, with a prevalence of desquamative processes of various intensity.

Было обследовано 89 больных 18-55-летнего возраста. Больные были разделены на группы: 1 группа – с системными заболеваниями соединительной ткани (30 с системной красной волчанкой и 30 с системной склеродермией) и 2 группа – c гепатитом С (29 больных). У всех обследованных больных диагноз общесоматических заболеваний был установлен ревматологами, гепатологами и подтвержден клинико-лабораторными исследованиями. Исследование языка проводилось визуально, с помощью лупы и пальпацией мышечной ткани языка. Результаты полученных данных позволили констатировать 100% поражение языка и его вовлечение в общий патологический процесс организма, проявляющийся в виде симптоматических глосситов, с превалированием десквамативного процесса различной интенсивности.
