În articolul de față autorul abordează problema evaluării cadrelor didactice din perspectiva asigurării calității procesului educațional. În acest context, se pune accent pe importanța definirii funcțiilor, rolurilor și competențelor cadrelor didactice; pe necesitatea unui sistem instituţional bine conturat şi a unei strategii clare de evaluare, însoţite de planuri, programe, proceduri, instrumente de evaluare, de valorificare a feedbackului din partea elevilor, părinţilor, de analiză a rezultatelor evaluării interne şi a rapoartelor evaluării externe etc. Este prezentat modelul managerial al evaluării cadrelor didactice la nivel de instituţie de învăţămînt.

In this article the author addresses the issue of teaching staff evaluation in terms of ensuring the quality of educational process. In this context, the focus is on the importance of defining the functions, roles and competences of teaching staff, the need for a well-defined institutional system and a clear strategy of evaluation, accompanied by plans, procedures, assessment tools, tools for revaluation of the feedback from students, parents, tools for the analysis of the results of internal evaluation and external evaluation reports, etc. In this article we have presented the managerial model of the evaluation of teaching staff to the level of educational institution.
