В статье рассматривается модуль по основам законодательства Российской Федерации интеграционного экзамена по русскому языку, истории России и основам законодательства РФ для мигрантов, который станет обязательным с 1 января 2015 года. Введение данного экзамена стало возможным после издания Указа Президента Российской Федерации от 7 мая 2012 г. «Об обеспечении межнационального согласия» и внесения соответствующих изменений в миграционное законодательство Российской Федерации. В статье проводится анализ каждой из тем, включенных в модуль по основам законодательства интеграционного экзамена для мигрантов. Автор статьи отмечает, что в перечень тем и вопросов, включенных в модуль по основам законодательства, включены как темы, которые непосредственно затрагивают права, свободы и обязанности мигрантов, приезжающих в Российскую Федерацию, так и темы, которые носят более общий характер, и которые касаются не только трудящихся мигрантов, но и граждан Российской Федерации.

The article considers the module on the basis of legislation of the Russian Federation of the integration exam in the Russian language, Russian history and the basics of Russian legislation for migrants, which will be mandatory from 1 January 2015. The introduction of the examination took place after the publication of the Decree of the Russia’s President dated May 7, 2012, „On ensuring inter-ethnic harmony” and the relevant amendments to the migration legislation of the Russian Federation. The paper analyzes each of the topics included in the module on law. The author notes that the list of issues included in the module on basics of the Russian legal system covers topics that directly affect the rights, freedoms and obligations of migrants coming to the Russian Federation, as well as topics that are more general in nature, and which relate not only to migrant workers, but also citizens of the Russian Federation.

Articolul analizeaza structura modului la disciplina „Bazele legislaţiei FR” pentru examenul destinat migranţilor sosiţi în Rusia pentru angajare la muncă, care va deveni obligatoriu de la 1 ianuarie 2015. Efectuarea examinării a fost posibilă după publicarea Decretului Președintelui Federației Ruse din 07 mai 2012 „Cu privire la asigurarea armoniei interetnice” și amendamentele relevante ale legislației de migrație a Federației Ruse. Lucrarea analizează fiecare dintre temele incluse în modulul pe baza a testului integrat pentru lucrătorii migranți. Autorul remarcă faptul că lista de probleme incluse în modulul testului integrat privind cunoaşterea legislației destinat lucrătorilor migranți din Federația Rusă sunt incluse ca subiecte care afectează în mod direct drepturile, libertățile și obligațiile lucrătorilor migranți care vin în Federația Rusă, precum și subiecte care sunt mai generale, și care se referă nu numai la muncitorii migranți, dar și cetățeni ai Federației Ruse.
