The deepest transformation of current environment has been raised a misunderstanding from humanity side. The beginning of the 21st century is marked by an aggravation of environmental conditions. One of the biggest problems is related to the
preservation of global environment. As could be presumed, a significant role in solving environment problems belongs to the actions of United Nation and European Union. Policy makers are actively debating a single primary objective of environmental stability to remain appropriate. The present article attempts to highlight the main direction of the EU policy in environmental area, to characterize the UE policy stages and legal framework regarding the environmental issues. |
