The unrolling of the insolvency procedure represents a complex structure with various qualitatively different phases, which are dictated by the specific laws concerning insolvency. Specialists in this field also have to deal with several financial-analytic aspects which persist in each phase. These aspects have been emphasized and described, in order to reveal the analytical methods and techniques which may be encountered during the cycle that the enterprise passes while its insolvency. It has
been stated that each phase has its own methods and techniques that are to be applied.
