This paper presents the results of the effects of foliage fertilizer Gumilait, WG on photosynthetic pigments contents and the yield and quality of winter wheat seeds. The fertilizer Gumilait, WG was applied during vegetation period four times. The biofertilizer was administrated as seed treatment (100 g/t and 200 g/t) foliage application in dose of 30 g/ha and 100 g/ha. All treatments significantly increased photosynthetic pigments in leaves. The best results was obtained by variant Gumilait, WG at dose 100 g/ha obtaining an increase average of the seeds yield by 18,5%. The foliage application of Gumilait, WG increased the crude protein contents in grain of crop. Hence, it is recommended to use this biofertilizer in biotechnology of winter wheat production in conditions of the central region of the Republic of Moldova which contributes to enhance the productivity of plants.
