Rezumat

As we will report in this article, conflict resolution is part of teacher's responsibility, it depends on the non-conflictual attitudes and can only be achieved with professionalism, and objectivity and competence is an imperative in vocational training. Appreciating the theoretical and applicative importance of the investigations carried out in the field of research, we mention that the foundations of the integration concept on the phenomenon of non-conflictual attitude development in pedagogical students, from the perspective of professional integration, needs to be theoretically and praxiologically revised in their axiomatic functioning. Referring to the ideas presented, developing a non-conflictual attitude in pedagogical students is a precondition for professional integration, favoring the ability to use effective conflict resolution strategies in the educational environment.
