Rezumat

The continuous improvement of the training system for performance athletes in the field of swimming aims to achieve the peak of sportsmanship during the competition. The computerization and application of computer programming in the sports training process becomes an indispensable requirement in the training system for third millennium swimmers. In recent years, in order to obtain special performances, along with traditional methods, modern computerized tracking and recording systems have been introduced in training planning. The development of sports activities requires a permanent increase in performance, which can be achieved through the scientific involvement and continuous transformation of sports training, in the sense of applying information technologies in this process.
