Rezumat | ||||||
Coherent and squeezed states appear as a superposition of quantum oscillator states, which describes a wave packet with properties close to those of classical ones, but essentially with quantum dispersion [l, 21. As will be shown below, wave packets may be prepared in parabolic quantum wells, and may emit nonclassical light (coherent or squeezed). The technology of preparation of parabolic quantum wells is known [3,4]. Let us consider the oscillator model of a parabolic quantum I well. |
