Rezumat

A study of low-temperature charge transport in [Ca 1+δCu2O3]4 films was performed. The resistivity was measured in zero magnetic field and in pulse fields up to B = 30 T. The density of the localized states (DOS) at the Fermi level, the values of the localization radius, the width of the band of localized electron states, and width of the Coulomb gap in the DOS spectrum were obtained.
