The conformation to the legal norms constitutes a necessary condition for the realization of the law stipulations in order to establish order. No legal system can lack the conformation to the stipulations which define the main state measures in the management of economic, political and cultural life. The conformation to the legal norms expresses the citizenś altitude, that of the state organs and other social bodies towards the normative acts. |
