The pseudo-pulse mode of SHF-treatment (super high frequency) of a vegetative tissue is offered and grounded. The dependence of heating temperature of beet shaving from the normalized SHF-power is investigated. Is established, that the increase of diffuse juice’ cleanliness in case of a pseudo-pulse mode SHF-treatment occurs in the same degree, as in case of a continuous mode. The high degree of a beet tissue SHF-plazmolisis allows to carry out the extracting of sucrose at low temperatures and to receive high-quality diffuse juice. |
