The presented article discusses such concepts as the "kurtosis" of the performer in the criminal law of foreign countries, as well as the provisions of the articles of the criminal code of foreign countries, the opinions of scientists on the issue under consideration. It is also determined that the kurtosis of the perpetrator in the criminal law of foreign countries can be committed not only by the perpetrator, but also by other accomplices of the crime. |
