The legal features of the dialogue on labor protection issues between the interested subjects of social and labor relations are researched. Taking into account the peculiarities of understanding and interpretation in national and international labor law, the concept of "social dialogue" and "collective bargaining" are correlated. A number of conclusions are formulated on the intensification of social dialogue on the issues of ensuring and protecting the rights of workers in the field of labor protection. |
