The article presents the features of data collection and systematization for the penal system. The problems that may arise during data collection are presented. The advantages and disadvantages of certain methods of data collection and preprocessing are considered. Tools and methods for data visualization are presented. It is established that the most reliable is the collection of data from departmental reporting forms. This article is devoted to the problems that may arise when collecting and analyzing data in the penal system. A study of the application of analytical methods and tools to the data used for decision-making has been conducted. An overview of the features of collecting and processing various types of data is presented. The application of data analysis in the penal enforcement system aimed at supporting legal and administrative activities is analyzed. The problems that arise when using data analysis and ways to solve them will also be considered. |
