Rezumat

Since the specific capacity and tolerance of cells, including sperm proteins depend on their natural, it was necessary to study the protein fractions changes depending on the semen storage temperature. In terms of biological and structural role the proteins are the most important as the organic substances which make up the composition of living cells. They form the basis of protoplasm. The biological processes specifics is mainly determined by the composition of proteins with different structure and function. It is known that reproduction and development of organisms is determined by the properties of proteins sperm and ova composed - nucleoproteins. Chemically speaking, proteins are highly physiologically active substances. They readily react to alterations in both intrinsic and extrinsic factors both. It is known that the of protein substances chemical reactivity causes physiological properties of most cells. Based on these considerations, comparative study of the spectrum of human sperm protein fractions under the stress influence (hypo- and hyperthermic temperature) is of particular interest to determine sperm reactivity and tolerance.
